UEG focuses on Culture Fusion, Technology Innovation, Cost Saving and Energy Conservation. At times, I am the only female engineer working at the site and get a lot of consideration and care from my colleagues. My needs are taken care of thoughtfully and appropriately for lodging and other aspects of daily life. My Pakistani colleagues call me "Frac Lady". Despite the differences in language, culture and customs, the hospitality and sincerity of my colleagues always make me feel very welcome.
